Dombrovski intermittently drummed again with aforementioned PINK FLOYD tribute group ECHOES from August 1992 through January 1993. This configuration of ECHOES rehearsed in DELAWARE, U.S.A., and performed in PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A.

DOMBROVSKI: After I returned to Wilmington, DELAWARE, U.S.A., from Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., a couple of days later I talked to Tim Sands and Bill Smenkovski of ECHOES. I'd been replaced by another drummer after I first resigned from ECHOES in 1991 to attend BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC in Boston, MASSACHUSETTS, U.S.A. I rehearsed with ECHOES again on April 22 and 23, 1992, but I think the drummer who replaced me was back on the scene, so I packed up my drums from the ECHOES' rehearsal space and rehearsed with another band, TRAUMA UNIT, on April 29, 1992. On May 18, 1992, ECHOES did an open-mike night at a club near Old New Castle, DELAWARE, U.S.A., named "THE FOUR AND ONE", and the drummer who replaced me was playing bass while I took upon his role by sitting in on drums. ECHOES' incumbent bassist was in an accident and couldn't play. I just wanted to play music, so I was in two different bands simultaneously. TRAUMA UNIT didn't gig live, but ECHOES did, and I thought that was cool. One band, TRAUMA UNIT, was more an original material recording situation while the other, ECHOES, was a live, gigging, cover-band situation. I sat in on drums for another gig with ECHOES in Reading, PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A., at a place named "O'Kelley's" because the drummer who replaced me couldn't make it; however, I wasn't a member of the band. I was just helping ECHOES out, and I was the drummer they called because I knew the material given I was one of the original members when the group was formed circa August 1990. On August 17, 1992, ECHOES let me know they didn't require my services as a drummer anymore because the drummer who replaced me told ECHOES he would be able to handle all ECHOES' upcoming gigs.
DOMBROVSKI: Well, September 28, 1992, rolled around, and ECHOES made me the offer to become their permanent drummer. I took the position because I knew the TRAUMA UNIT project was about to end, and ECHOES played out live. I felt it was important to play in front of audiences. On October 28, 1992, ECHOES played the 23 EAST CABARET in Ardmore, PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A. On October 9, 1992, ECHOES played SOLUTIONS NITE CLUB in Muhlenberg, PENNSYLVANIA. On October 30, 1992, ECHOES played Gullifty's in Harrisburg, PENNSYLVANIA.
DOMBROVSKI: ECHOES was rehearsing in DELAWARE, U.S.A., and these clubs we were playing in PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A., were an hour to two hours away going one way; so you're talking about a round trip that's two to four hours total travel time. You add in three sets of music, that's another three+ hours of playing time, and then time setting up and tearing down equipment, you're talking eight to 10+ hours total time, sometimes more depending on traffic and other factors. By the time you add in the cost of gas, mileage, food, production costs (sound and lights), and the agent's percentage, you discover ECHOES can't afford to play anymore. That's bad news for a cover band. Well, on November 4, 1992, guitarist Dave Fox left ECHOES, and ECHOES disbanded. ECHOES cancelled an upcoming gig in Reading, PENNSYLVANIA. There was also an issue over unpaid production costs.
DOMBROVSKI: ECHOES briefly reunited and played a gig at The Chameleon Club in Lancaster, PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A., on November 26, 1992, Thanksgiving Night. Despite that, ECHOES had no plans to continue. ECHOES was considered dissolved. On January 15, 1993, ECHOES reunited one last time for a gig at Rib-It Restaurant and Bar in Camp Hill, PENNSYLVANIA, and that's the last I ever drummed for, or heard about, ECHOES.
DOMBROVSKI: I was just happy to be involved with music. I was gigging with ECHOES in DELAWARE, U.S.A., at the beginning of 1991, and I'd been at BERKLEE studying music in Boston, MASSACHUSETTS, U.S.A., towards the end of 1991. In 1992, I was in Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., checking out the music scene auditioning for bands, and by mid-1992, I was playing drums with two groups back in DELAWARE. One group, TRAUMA UNIT, was primarily recording original material. The other group, ECHOES, was a cover band gigging in PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A. Additionally, I was still cutting my own little demos in my tiny recording setup in DELAWARE, which I was planning to soon expand with a massive infusion of recording gear. 1991 through 1992 were two solid years of: music making, studying, performing, writing, and crisscrossing the united states of America. I was learning by doing.
